Celebrating 10 Years of Penrose: 2019- The Year We Opened Our Luton Hub

As part of our 10‑year anniversary celebrations, this week’s video looks back at 2019 — the year we outgrew our small AW House office and opened our Luton Hub in Round Green. A big step forward for our team and a milestone made possible by the trust our clients continued to place in us.

As we continue celebrating 10 years of Penrose, we’re revisiting the years that shaped our journey — and 2019 was one of the biggest turning points of all.

After three incredibly busy years in our small AW House office, we reached a moment where we simply needed more space to serve our clients properly. More sellers, buyers and landlords were choosing Penrose, and our team was growing fast. It became clear that we needed a home that matched the scale of what we were building.

So in 2019, we made the leap and opened our Luton Hub in Round Green — a modern, spacious, purpose‑built environment designed to give our clients an even better experience. It was the first HUB‑style estate agency office in the town, and for us, it felt like Penrose truly stepping into its next chapter.

But what made this move special wasn’t the size of the building — it was the people who filled it.
The clients who continued to put their faith in us.

The team who worked tirelessly to deliver the standards we set for ourselves. The community who supported us from day one.

2019 wasn’t about expansion for expansion’s sake. It was about creating a space where we could continue to serve our clients with the care, communication and personal approach that Penrose was built on.

This short video is the fourth chapter in our 10‑year celebration series. Each week, we’ll share another year from our journey — the milestones, the challenges, the growth and the people who helped shape Penrose into the agency it is today.

Thank you for being part of our story.
