As we continue celebrating 10 years of Penrose, we’re revisiting the years that defined our journey — and 2020 will always stand out.
When COVID hit, everything changed. Lockdowns, restrictions and uncertainty affected every part of life, including the property market. But through it all, our clients kept us going. Sellers, buyers and landlords continued to put their faith in Penrose, and that trust meant more to us than ever before.
Despite the challenges, 2020 became a year of resilience and connection. We adapted, supported our clients through constantly changing rules, and worked harder than ever to maintain the standards we set for ourselves.
One of the proudest moments of the year was reaching 400+ five‑star Google reviews — each one from someone who chose us during one of the most difficult periods in recent memory. Those reviews weren’t just numbers; they were reminders of the relationships we built and the service we delivered when people needed us most.
