Celebrating 10 Years of Penrose: 2021 — Momentum, Confidence & Our 5th Birthday

As part of our 10‑year anniversary celebrations, this week’s video looks back at 2021 — the year the market bounced back after COVID and confidence returned. It was also the year we celebrated our 5th birthday with a party at our Luton Hub. Click below to watch our 2021 story.

As we continue celebrating 10 years of Penrose, we’re revisiting the years that shaped our journey — and 2021 was a standout chapter.

After the uncertainty of 2020, 2021 brought a renewed sense of confidence. The market reopened, activity surged, and people felt ready to move again. For us, it meant reconnecting with clients, supporting more sellers and buyers, and helping landlords navigate a fast‑moving year.

The return of momentum was felt across the board. Viewings increased, instructions grew, and our team worked tirelessly to meet demand while maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves. It was a year of rebuilding, adapting and proving once again that communication, care and consistency matter — especially after such a challenging period.

But 2021 wasn’t just about the market.

It was also the year we celebrated a major milestone: our 5th birthday. We marked the occasion with a party at our Luton Hub, bringing together clients, friends and our growing team. It was a moment to reflect on how far Penrose had come since opening our doors in 2016, and to appreciate the community that helped us reach that point.

What truly defined 2021 was the trust our clients continued to place in us. Every instruction, every viewing and every review reminded us how important those relationships are. The support shown by sellers, buyers and landlords helped us move forward with confidence and strengthened the foundations we’ve built over the past decade.

This short video is the sixth chapter in our 10‑year celebration series. Each week, we’ll share another year from our journey — the milestones, the challenges, the growth and the people who helped shape Penrose into the agency it is today.

Thank you for being part of our story.
