Celebrating 10 Years of Penrose: 2022 — Our Double ESTAS Win in London

As part of our 10‑year anniversary celebrations, this week’s video looks back at 2022 — the year we won two ESTAS awards in London for both sales and lettings, presented by Phil Spencer. A proud moment for our team and a milestone shaped entirely by client feedback. Click below to watch our 2022 story.

As we continue celebrating 10 years of Penrose, we’re revisiting the years that shaped our journey — and 2022 was one of the proudest moments in our history.

The ESTAS Awards are unique because they’re based entirely on verified client feedback. Every score, every review and every rating comes directly from the people you’ve helped. That’s why winning two ESTAS Awards — for both sales and lettings — meant so much to us. It wasn’t just industry recognition; it was our clients telling us we were delivering the service we promised.

Travelling to London with our team and hearing our name announced by Phil Spencer was a moment we’ll never forget. It was a celebration of the hard work, communication and care our team puts into every instruction, and a reminder of how important trust is in estate agency.

But 2022 wasn’t only about awards.

It was a year of momentum, growth and continued support from sellers, buyers and landlords across Luton and Dunstable. The market was moving fast, and our team worked tirelessly to maintain the standards that earned us those ESTAS wins.

Looking back, 2022 represents everything Penrose stands for — consistency, communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering the best possible experience for our clients.

This short video is the seventh chapter in our 10‑year celebration series. Each week, we’ll share another year from our journey — the milestones, the challenges, the growth and the people who helped shape Penrose into the agency it is today.

Thank you for being part of our story.

It may feel far too early to think about Christmas, but moving home takes longer than many sellers expect. Starting in July can make the journey calmer and more controlled.

As part of our 10‑year anniversary celebrations, this week’s video looks back at 2019 — the year we outgrew our small AW House office and opened our Luton Hub in Round Green. A big step forward for our team and a milestone made possible by the trust our clients continued to place in us.

Rental growth has eased, but tenants are still searching carefully and landlords need to stay on top of pricing, compliance and property standards as the summer moving season continues.

As school holidays approach, family buyers often become more focused. For sellers with space, gardens or flexible rooms, July can be a useful moment to attract motivated movers.
