Celebrating 10 Years of Penrose: 2023–2024 — Bringing Penrose to Dunstable & Houghton Regis

As part of our 10-year anniversary celebrations, this week's video looks back at 2023 and 2024 — the years Penrose expanded into Dunstable. From launching our first local office to opening our new High Street premises, this chapter was all about growth, community and trust.

As we continue celebrating 10 years of Penrose, we're looking back at the moments that helped shape our journey. For us, 2023 and 2024 were all about bringing Penrose to Dunstable.

Having built a strong reputation across Luton and the surrounding areas, we saw an opportunity to support even more sellers, buyers and landlords within Dunstable, Houghton Regis and the neighbouring villages.

In 2023, we took our first steps by launching a local office, allowing us to become more involved in the community and build relationships with local residents, businesses and organisations.

Then in 2024, we reached another major milestone by opening our new High Street premises in the heart of Dunstable. It was an exciting moment for our team and represented far more than just a new office. It was about creating a permanent home within a community that had welcomed us so warmly.

Alongside the new office, 2024 brought further recognition for the team, including winning Gold at the British Property Awards and joining ARLA Propertymark. Whilst we're proud of those achievements, what matters most is the trust shown by the people who chose us to help them move, sell, buy, let and manage their properties.

Looking back, 2023 and 2024 were years of growth, opportunity and gratitude. We are incredibly thankful to everyone who supported us as we expanded into Dunstable and helped make this next chapter of the Penrose story possible.

This short video is the latest chapter in our 10-year celebration series, sharing the milestones, memories and people who have shaped Penrose over the last decade.

Thank you for being part of our journey.

A fresh coat of paint can help, but missing paperwork can delay a sale for months. Use August to prepare the information buyers and solicitors will need before an offer is agreed.

As school holidays approach, family buyers often become more focused. For sellers with space, gardens or flexible rooms, July can be a useful moment to attract motivated movers.

Scrolling property portals is useful, but registering with an estate agency can give buyers a more personal, proactive search experience, especially when the right home is about to come to market.

If moving is starting to feel more realistic, September is a useful time to prepare. Understanding your budget, priorities and local property search now could make things much easier when the right home appears.
